Hello! I am a writer, an editor, and a coffee drinker among other things. I have always said that I don't have a "dream job". Instead, I have "dream missions". As a writer, my dream mission is to share stories--both real and fictional--that are authentic and honest. As an editor, my dream mission is to help authors--particularly queer authors--solidify their vision and prepare their work for publication.

With experience in copyediting and developmental editing in a variety of genres, I am passionate about helping authors bring out the best in their work. I have worked with literary fiction, genre fiction, creative non-fiction, and poetry. 

 

I hold a BA in English from the University of New Haven and a graduate certificate in editing from the University of Chicago. I expect to graduate with an MPS in Publishing from George Washington University in 2025. Living and working in scenic Upstate New York, I enjoy spending time in nature, exploring local bookshops, and spilling the tea with my chubby orange cat, Henry.
